Booking Terms

Booking Requests

Submitting a booking request through our website does not constitute a confirmed reservation. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of our email confirmation. We reserve the right to decline booking requests for any reason, including but not limited to tour capacity limitations.

Payment

Payment terms and methods will be provided in your booking confirmation email. Full payment is typically required prior to tour commencement. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient enrollment, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Changes to Bookings

Requests to modify tour dates or times must be submitted at least 72 hours before the original scheduled tour time and are subject to availability. Modification requests made with less notice may be declined.

Participant Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

Most tours involve walking for extended periods and navigating urban environments. Participants should assess their physical fitness before booking. If you have mobility limitations or health concerns, contact us before booking to discuss appropriate accommodations.

Behavior Standards

Participants are expected to:

• Arrive on time at the designated meeting point
• Follow guide instructions and safety recommendations
• Respect other participants, guides, and members of the public
• Not engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior
• Take responsibility for personal belongings

We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these standards without refund.

Age Requirements

Our standard tours are designed for participants aged 16 and above. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Custom family tours can be arranged upon request.

• Loss of personal belongings
